To book our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the items to be moved, the pickup and delivery addresses, and any special requirements.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The balance is due upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

PANDA MOVING is not liable for any loss or damage to items unless it is proven that such loss or damage was caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Clients are advised to purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value or fragile items.

PANDA MOVING’S liability for loss or damage to items is limited to the amount specified in our standard insurance policy, unless the client has purchased additional coverage.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being transported by PANDA MOVING: hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, live animals, and any items that are illegal under local, state, or federal law.

Clients must inform PANDA MOVING in advance of any special items or requirements.

7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold PANDA MOVING, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the client’s breach of these terms and conditions or the client’s use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.
